Are You Licensed?

As a handyman service in the state of Arizona we are not required to be licensed for any project that is under $999.99 in labor cost

Is Your Business Insured?

We provide every location with a $1,000,000 general liability insurance to protect you and your home in the unlikely event of an accident. Not to mention, we also carry a worker’s compensation policy to protect our craftsmen. As well as an automotive policy on all company vehicles for protection while driving in the community.

Who provides the materials? Can I choose the colors and brand?

You have the choice to purchase, pick up, and deliver the materials yourself, or we will be happy to do those things for you. To help you make an informed decision, we can provide information on all the current building materials & products available on the market, including colors, shapes, sizes, durability, and warranty of these products.

How do you charge for your services?

We provide a free fixed-cost quote/estimate upfront in writing, so that you are always in charge of your home maintenance and improvement projects. There are many ways of accomplishing certain tasks to the most cost-effective processes available to meet your budget, which we will share. The quoted price will never change unless the scope of work changes.

 

What are your payment options?

We currently accept cash, personal checks, cashiers check, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit cards. A deposit typically one third (booking/materials) is required before work starts, the balance is payable upon completion of the work, inspection and satisfaction by you at the end of the project. 

Do you warranty labor and materials?

We offer a one year warranty on all of our work. Warranties and extended warranties on materials may be available according to the manufacturer.

Do I need to be home at the time of service?

Not necessarily, we will make arrangements for entry and for your inspection of our work upon completion. We have a well-trusted team that is bonded, insured and extensive background checks have been completed. We value your property, as it’s the most important investment you have. You can rest assured we will treat your property with the utmost care.

We will contact you within one business day for a brief phone conversation. With a little more information, we can determine if we need to visit your location to gather details or quote your job over the phone.

Step 3: Receive Your Fixed-Cost Proposal

If an in-home visit is necessary, we will plan around your schedule for the next available time slot. We will view the project area, take detailed measurements, gather your preferences, take photos or video as necessary, and present a FREE FIXED-COST estimate/project proposal to you. This will be an all-inclusive view of your project considering materials, timelines, and budget options. You will be fully informed and well prepared to choose West Valley Handyman Service as your project partner.

Step 4: Get Your Project on the Calendar

Now that you have chosen West Valley Handyman Service to be your trusted local source for home improvement, repair, or remodeling, we will schedule the necessary workdays around your availability and our next bookable time slot. Depending on the scope of work, material order, and our schedules, this could be a week or more into the future. We respect your busy schedule and will show up on the scheduled day, on time, and will stay until the project is complete. Guaranteed.

West Valley Handyman is a team of local master craftsmen dedicated to your satisfaction. Our specialists will complete the work assigned and are not finished until you are happy with the finished product. Even after the work is complete, we honor a 1-year warranty on all workmanship for every West Valley Handyman project
